We would love to see you at an upcoming PTA meeting!!

Timber Creek PTA meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 P.M. in the Timber Creek Library. All Timber Creek parents/grandparents/guardians are welcome to attend! PTA membership is not a requirement to attend.

PTA meetings are used to report on the success of recent events and discuss upcoming events, activities, and projects. The PTA does so many different things to support the students and school. PTA meetings are a great way to learn more about what is going on, participate in the planning/brainstorming process, and find out about ways you can get involved.

The agenda for each meeting will be available below several days before the meeting (also be sure to follow us on Facebook for notifications when agendas are posted!) and meeting minutes will be posted within 48 hours of each meeting. The minutes will provide a summary of what was discussed and will specifically highlight any needs or volunteer opportunities discussed in the meeting. The minutes are a great way to stay informed even when you aren't able to attend a meeting in person.

Help us go green this year! In order to reduce our paper waste, we are moving to electronic agendas. Please plan to view the agenda and budget on your mobile device during the meeting (you are welcome to print it for yourself if you are a hard-copy person!). The agenda and budget can be accessed here on the website and a QR code will be available at the meeting for easy access to the materials.
